The Standard is designed to be a private, local-first daily routine app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information you enter

The app allows you to record journal responses, daily check-ins, goals, standards, completion history, and app preferences. In the current version, this information is stored locally on your device.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. You can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Analytics and diagnostics

The app may collect limited usage analytics and diagnostic information to understand feature performance, identify crashes, and improve reliability. This information is not used to sell personal data or serve targeted advertising.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not operate an advertising network or share journal content for advertising.

Data deletion

Because your entries are stored locally, removing the app from your device deletes its locally stored app data. You can also contact support with privacy questions.

Children’s privacy

The Standard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
